The titular antihero, inspired by Kamishibai stories surrounding different antiheroes with animal masks, is nonetheless a rather interesting take on the Batman legend.
Tiger Mask’s first anime show was the reason why a certain animator named Keiichiro Kimura basically invented much of the tv anime vocab.

The setting of Kenya Boy is usually and most likely the East African subcontinent where the titular hero lives, and so in a Jungle Jim-ish fashion, was uneasily bonded with a broken bird English Rose and a Maasai Golden Oldie.
