Ban Apartheid

When high-GDP countries often sans scientific basis would unitedly react irrationally or paranoiacally, by banning travelers from a developing country, where the allegedly deadliest variant of Covid-19 has been caught, which may escape the protection of any WHO-approved vaccines—when their economic supremacy can afford them to act selfishly with quasi-zero penalty in return.

Imagine if the omicron variant were discovered in the UK or the US instead of South Africa, it’s unlikely that most Western and some Asian countries would implement a travel ban on the natural resources-rich nation within hours of the official announcement of the discovery of the mutant—like vaccine apartheid, doesn’t their quick action characterize ban apartheid?

Vaccine Apartheid

When a government pretends not to make vaccination compulsory for everyone, yet has enacted rules that makes the unvaccinated unable to live a normal life—it is pure hypocrisy for making inoculation voluntary while making the unjabbed suffer for their “selfish” decision for not protecting themselves and others.

Guesstimate how many developed countries practise vaccine apartheid in one form or another, while claiming to respect the personal rights of their citizens to get jabbed or not.

Omicron Variant

The new shiny Covid-19 mutant first detected in South Africa that is currently in the limelight, as it hopes to eclipse the delta variant, by being the most infectious and transmissible viral killer in causing the most number of infections and deaths worldwide in 2021 and beyond.

The apparently deadliest omicron variant, which offers little protection against currently WHO-approved vaccines, looks like another devil-sent gift to vaccine producers to help them further profit or profiteer from the pandemic.

Covid-𝛾

Read as “Covid-gamma.” Also known as the P.1 or “Gamma” variant. Like the Alpha and Beta variants, the Gamma variant (or the “Bolsonaro virus,” as the Opposition in Brazil call it with reference to their President’s inept handling of the coronavirus crisis), which was first detected in January 2021 and tested in travelers entering Japan, is believed to be more transmissible than Covid-19.

Because Covid-𝛾 shares some mutations with Covid-β (the South African variant), the gamma variant’s effects on immunity and vaccine effectiveness remains a worry for health officials, as confirmed by some collected samples.

The Omicron carrier could only be a vaccinatee, because 99.99% of the unvaccinated are barred from traveling.

Read as “Covid-Omicron.” Also known as the B.1.1.529 or “Omicron” variant. WHO’s second “variant of concern” for South Africa—after the Beta variant (B.1.351)—that is thought to be more infectious and transmissible than the Delta variant, and can apparently bypass most of the protection offered by presently approved vaccines.

What are the odds that profit-driven vaccine makers would soon pressure folks who were recently boosted against the Delta variant to go for a fourth shot to protect themselves against the unprovenly deadliest Covid-𝜊?

Pokémon GO à la Trump, where players hunt for digital apparitions of ex-President Donald Trump and some of the notorious morally bankrupt GOP lawmakers, being caught indulging in some unethical or immoral activities at some locations frequently patronized by them, before these Trumpémons are being dealt with by different destructive tools.

Trumpémon GO is pretty additive among tens of thousands of Democrat voters and mainland Chinese students studying in US colleges, with some of them being made penniless after splurging so much on digital currencies to track their favorite Trumpémons.
