There's no symbolism in this form of media, and there's no reason to look that deep into it.

Used when a person's feet are in a picture. It comes from the fact that a lot of people are sexually attracted to feet, and some will even pay to see them. The feet do not have to be the main focus point/subject of the image for this to be used.
